The service
IEP Studio is a planning, drafting, and progress-monitoring tool for educators. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the judgment of the IEP team. All goal drafts must be reviewed and approved by the qualified professionals responsible for the student's program.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to enter directly identifying student information (names, birthdates, ID numbers) into the platform, and to comply with your school's and district's policies regarding student records. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. All paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of first payment for a full refund.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEP Studio's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
