Terms of Service
The service
IEP Studio is a planning, drafting, and progress-monitoring tool for educators. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the judgment of the IEP team. All goal drafts must be reviewed and approved by the qualified professionals responsible for the student's program.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to enter directly identifying student information (names, birthdates, ID numbers) into the platform, and to comply with your school's and district's policies regarding student records. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Billing
The Free plan does not require a card. If you purchase Pro, monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. Any applicable taxes and the final amount due are shown before payment.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEP Studio's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
