Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name and role. Content you create: goals, student initials, grade bands, progress data points, and notes. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security and abuse prevention.

We intentionally provide no fields for student names, birthdates, or ID numbers, and we ask you not to enter directly identifying student information anywhere in the product, including free-text notes.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure it, support you, and bill subscriptions. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not serve third-party advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Processors

We use Supabase (database and authentication, hosted on AWS in the United States) and Vercel (application hosting). Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by a PCI-compliant processor; card numbers never touch our servers.

Your rights

You can export your data or permanently delete your account and all associated records at any time. For any privacy request, contact hello@iepstudio.app.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
